Hong Kong Baptist University and Hong Kong People Management Association have been conducting the Mainland China and HKSAR Pay Level Survey since 1995. In 2019, Research Center for Human Resources Management, School of Business of South China University of Technology joined hands to upgrade the Survey to cover Greater Bay Area. This year (2020), Talent Development and Management Association of Guangdong became to companized launch jointly the "Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Pay and Benefit Survey". The survey aims to drive coordinated development and innovation in the region, promote the flow of talents, logistics and capital, so that it can be involved as build into a competitive world-class urban agglomeration, in line with the world economy. Same as previous years, the survey results are published in three reports; namely, "HKSAR Pay and Benefits Survey", "Guangdong Cities Pay and Baenefits Survey" and "Macao SAR Pay and Baenefits Survey".
